Gadgil Lab member Daniel (Danny) Wilson has been awarded one of the National Science Foundation’s prestigious Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP) fellowships. This award, given to graduate students of science and engineering who have great potential for intellectual merit and broader impacts in their research, will fund Danny’s research on cookstoves, biomass combustion, and black carbon soot for the next three years. Danny is currently a first-year PhD student of Mechanical Engineering at UC Berkeley.
