Hanna Breunig gave a lecture at the American Water Resource Association (AWRA) Nov 4 in Portland OR.
Her talk was titled “Modeling the danger zone: Using ecological thresholds to guide technology deployment“. In this talk, she discussed research needs that would help connect life cycle assessment outputs to watershed management models.
Hanna believes that linking academic models, like LCA, to stakeholder models, like BASINS, would give local scale decision-makers a louder voice.
